Musings of a Fashionista

Miley Cyrus

Posted on: June 23, 2010

Miley Cyrus recently put out an album.  It’s called “Can’t Be Tamed”, and it basically screams, “I’m not Hannah Montana anymore!”

Miley was one of the most popular teens in the US for about 3 years.  Then she decided that she should ditch Disney. Bad move.  Disney decides what’s hip for teens.  So if you anger the Disney beast…  you get my point.

Miley has a more edgy image now.  She used to look like this (2009):

But now, she’s cut off her extensions, put in blonde highlights, and wears tight black clothes.

Her new haircut:

I like it, it’s cute and fresh.

I put together a Polyvore set with some items from Miley’s line for Walmart.

AH just loved the boots!! The little black dress has allot of possibilities…..daytime, nighttime!! What is the “pink thing?” Do like the new hair do but I think she could ease up on some of the eye makeup. Thanks for keeping us informed on what is hot and what is not.

Which boots? And it isn’t a LBD, its a little black skirt! Haha 🙂
Yes I agree Miley’s dressing a bit too old. I mean, really, do you have to show that much cleavage?
You’re welcome. Keep reading!

I like her hair, but she sure has a lot of makeup on. The clothes you picked are cute.

Isn’t she still on Disney? Well, she’s a GREAT role model.
