Musings of a Fashionista

Animal Print

Posted on: July 2, 2010

Animal print is extremely in for the summer.  Which kind?  All of them.  Leopard print, zebra stripes, and cheetah, especially.

Though I don’t wear real fur, I can still admire this dress.  Check out this Dior dress!  It would be reeeeally hot.  But it’s so cute!

Remember, you don’t want to mix prints.  Ever!  Mix prints with solids.  Otherwise, its too much print.  Very over the top.  So unless you’re Katy Perry or Lady Gaga, don’t go mixing prints.

I think the chick in the dress needs a cheeseburger. Maybe once she eats it her hunger will be satisfied, the scowl will disappear, and she can smile!

Haha! Models usually scowl. I don’t know why! I think people look better when they smile. Also, it’s not the best marketing for the clothes if the models are scowling. Maybe the dress is uncomfortable, that’s why she’s frowning!

I have always loved fur. I cannot imagine wearing this in the summer time. But it would be great for the winter time. Fake fur would be cozy.
